CEO Initiative
The CEO is who sets an organization's corporate agenda and who has the responsibility to drive results. Today more than ever CEOs have begun to recognize the business imperative of reaching diverse customers, clients, employees and suppliers. CEOs are key to fulfilling diversity and inclusion goals for any organization knowing full well that their Leadership in this regard; adds credibility, accountability and sustainability to diversity efforts. This new initiative will be the first of its kind in the Tri-State. CEOs will have the unique opportunity to ensure that they are visible champions of diversity & inclusion not only in their organizations but in the community where they live.

Tri-State Diversity & Leadership Conference CEO Roundtable & Awards
This annual event will recognize and honor CEOs as diversity champions nominated and selected by their peers and other industry leaders. The awards are accepted by CEOs on behalf of their companies during each annual Tri-State Diversity & Leadership Conference, May 19-20, 2011 in New York City, NY.
