Our Focus

The Tri-State Diversity Council will focus its efforts on promoting activities and programs that define diversity as an asset and organizational resource.

Including those that:

•Advances corporate leadership education and awareness of the varied dimensions of diversity.
•Commits leaders to discuss issues, challenge attitudes, and promote organizational change that builds cultural competency and supports diversity.
•Expands the “pipeline” and fosters the next generation of leaders.
